Many times, in our life, when we relive old memories we get into a phase of nostalgia. Looking back at myself, the seed of my confidence was sown20 years back when I started KIT in 1996.Today, that seed of confidence has blossomed into a multi-dimensional group company. A company that has scaled glorious heights and have delivered promises to the customers beyond the products and services.

My self-confidence is induced by my self-motivation, a sheer force that pulls me up to excel in my endeavors. I feel, the winning traits, when passed on to my team members, would create a value-generating asset for the company. In addition, thoseattributes can value-add their personality and would instill a sense of self-worthiness in them.

Communication

Communication is a way of giving life to the thoughts and feelings inside us. It is only through communication that one can achieve harmony and success in life. At work, it is no different. The ability to communicate in the official language helps me to create a bond of oneness with my team.I can also understand my team members better. Ultimately communication serves as an effective tool to drive my point of view, clearly.

Working as a team player

Working as a team player with people from various walks of life has been a gift for me. By interacting with my team members fromdistinctively different cultural backgrounds, I have cultivated the ability to be flexible. I feel it would be another asset when it comes to working together with senior members. Because at times we have to seek their advice and suggestion to deliver the best for which KIT Group is reputed for.

Calm, composed and believing in self, a by-product of my confidence, helps me to cope up with high-pressure situations in our projects. Sound planning and imagination coupled with determination and perseverancemoulded me with the qualities of a leader turning dreams into reality. Leading from the front, I would be a responsible role model motivating and inspiring my team members to achieve perfection. Nonethelessexcelling in performance. Every time.

Motivation

Motivation is a vital daily component for anybody to enjoy a long term success. Remaining focused, staying determined and relentlesslycommitted to being one’s absolute best are sure fire traits of a winner.Yet, none of these invaluable qualities can be indefinitely sustained without a constant diet of motivation. I would say –demanding the very best from ourselves should be a personal responsibility. However, the dosages of motivation will provide the much needed external spark to reset our internal circuits for 24-hour positive power.
