The fourth and the most important catalyst for success is patience that is embedded with perseverance. The growth and expansion of KIT Group of companies bear testimony to the process of calculated risk-taking and tireless patience. The success of ‘Trade synergies’ wing of KIT Group speaks volumes about the unmistakable power of waiting and not becoming tired of waiting. And simultaneously bettering the things we are good at. A trait that has actually elevated us to break new grounds in doing business and delivering trade synergies that match international standards.
Stretching the decision and holding it little longer’-KIT Group
The third vital ingredient that makes of a possible trail blazer is ‘Stretching the decision and holding it little longer’. Whether it is a business or play, it is the level of persistence that ensures the success. It is like, more the bow bends – the faster the arrow can fly. At KIT we have applied that logic to the fullest by devising plans and attributes that make our business succeed across different service verticals. Not surprisingly, the success of KIT Group is the outcome of stretching our decision in business policies and tirelessly holding up that decision with unshakable faith and confidence.
The sound values of trust and credibility. -Kamal loungani
The second best quality I recommend for a business leader is, the person should be building an enterprise on the sound values of trust and credibility. Because they were considered as the solid foundation for success. During our formative year in late 90’s, our concentration wasn’t completely about introducing new services and great products into the market. But we were equally passionate about building a long-term relationship with our clients. It was because I know the products and services are subject to change, but the promises and trust will make the clients come back to us for more. Thus we have proven ourselves in the domains such as Paper, Steel, Chemicals, Garments, Industrial Clothing, Information & Communication Technology and Food products.
An early bird & taking the advantage of it-Kamal loungani
I would rate the following quality, a business head must possess which differentiates him from being a change leader to a change follower. That is being an early bird & taking the advantage of it. When Kamal International Trading entered into the markets of the UAE in 1996, KIT has had the early bird advantage. We were able to penetrate into the market and made quick progress in terms of business and trust. The glorious heights KIT Group has reached is because KIT has had the vantage of being a change leader in the business. The reputation we built in terms of service delivery made us one of the leading and successful business conglomerates in the whole of UAE.

The success of a business lies beyond the excuses – Kamal KishinLoungani, the Founder and CMD of KIT Group
Great ideas need good audience:
It has been a month since my last interaction with my team members. I was having in my mind some great ideas which neededa good audience. None better than my team is that audience. I just want to debate with my team about an ideology. That is, does the success of a business lies beyond the excuses. I tabled the topic during our last meeting. Yes of course, there were sessions for the rudiment cost and balance, tasks and deadlines, meetings and deal closing touch points. Once we jumped into the topic, it was just phenomenal. Being a founding leader of a USD 300 million worth enterprise. I believe the top of the level performance is an essential trait, one has to carry, period. Will that be sustainable or we would start saying excuses and take cushion on them over a period of time. And in the process, move away from the path of success. Lots of thoughts have been exchanged. Great amount of inspiration filled the ambience. Ignited minds resonated new thoughts, here are some for everyone.

Three decades ago I had a dream, with a plan to achieve…

Today, presenting myself as the leader of a USD 300 million turnover enterprise -Kamal International Trading – KIT Group which has carved a niche in trading of Paper, Steel, Chemicals, Garments, Industrial Clothing, Information & Communication Technology and Food products, I feel extremely elated. I am able to scale these heights because, within my inner self- Kamal Kishin Loungani, is one of those gritty guys, who believe even hope is an indulgence which can’t be used to waste time on it.
